The purpose of this position is coordinate planned/routine maintenance for retail grocery and tenant properties. The position is field based and works directly with internal and external resources to ensure desired program objectives are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performing general maintenance site surveys
  • Coordinating maintenance scope development
  • Coordinating internal and external maintenance resources
  • Coordinating approvals
  • Reviewing and validating invoices for approval
  • Performing supplier audit/quality assurance checks


Knowledge of building/facilities construction

Knowledge of building/facilities maintenance

Knowledge of trades including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing and equipment repair

Time Management

Maintenance/Job/Project Coordination

Estimating and Budgeting

Contract Development and Negotiation

Accounting/Invoicing – Receiving and Validation

Vendor and Supplier Management
Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Microsoft Office Suite including – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
