Fried Chicken with Rouses Fry Mix
4-6 pieces Rouses All Natural Chicken, your choice of pieces
1 box Rouses Chicken Fry Breading Mix
2 quarts vegetable oil
Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Pour chicken fry breading mix onto a plate. In a bowl, beat three eggs.
Dip chicken in the egg mixture, then coat chicken evenly with breading mix, lightly patting off any excess.
Place battered chicken in the hot oil, and fry until golden brown. Drain cooked chicken on paper towels before serving.
