Roasted Garlic Hummus
1 can garbanzo beans
1 entire garlic bulb, roasted and cloves removed from skins
1 cup Rouses Olive Oil
½ cup tahini paste
1 teaspoon ground cumin
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes simmered in 2 tablespoons olive oil
In a food processor add beans and garlic, and process for 10 seconds.
Add tahini paste, cumin, lemon juice, honey, salt and crushed red pepper in olive oil to food processor.
Start food processor and slowly pour in olive oil while processing until desired consistency is achieved.
