Sausage & Peppers with Tomato Gravy

1 pound Rouses Fresh Green Onion Sausage

1 white onion, finely chopped

1 (9.5 ounce) jar Rouses Roasted Peppers, drained

1 (9.5 ounce) jar Rouses Grilled Artichokes, finely chopped

½ (9.5 ounce) jar Rouses Sun-dried Tomatoes, finely chopped

2 (28 ounce) jars Rouses Pasta Sauce (any flavor)

½ cup fresh basil, chopped

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 pound Rouses Pasta of choice, cooked according to package directions


Remove fresh green onion sausage or Italian sausage from casing. Sauté sausage in a medium skillet with the onion until browned, around 10 minutes.

Place drained peppers, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes in skillet with the sausage and onions. Stir until fully incorporated.

Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Add basil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Serve over cooked pasta.
