Food that’s good for you and tastes good too! Our Eat Right with Rouses meals, side dishes and snacks are created by our in-house chefs and registered dietitian. They’re sensibly sized, made with better-for-you ingredients and suited to specific dietary goals or restrictions. Options include high protein, low sodium, low calorie, dairy free and no added sugar.

Eat Right | Good-to-Go meals are ready to eat and available in Rouses Deli prepared foods case.


Eat Right Good-to-Go Meals

Based on the following criteria:

  • Less than 600 calories
  • At least half the fat from unsaturated fats, or less than 6 grams saturated fat
  • No more than 31% DV sodium, or 725 mg
  • 10+ grams of protein (excluding soups and salads)
  • Less than 5 grams added sugar
  • Good source of fiber and/or one serving whole grains

Color Coding Criteria:

LOW SODIUM
Less than 350 mg per entree and less than 190mg per side/soup

DAIRY FREE
Does not contain any milk or milk products

HIGH PROTEIN
More than 20g per serving; more than 10g per soup/salad

NO SUGAR ADDED
No added sugars, just naturally occurring sugars

LOW CALORIE
Less than 400 calories per serving for meal; Less than 180 calories per snack and soup
