BOILING CHECKLIST
Boiling at home? You will need Crawfish boil spices and seasonings for an authentic taste. You may also want a seafood dipping sauce.

Sausage, lemon, onion, garlic, celery, bay leaf and potatoes are essential ingredients for the right flavor, but you put just about anything into a boil, including tamales. Put those in a colander or boiling basket and then lower them into water after the fire has been turned off.
