Need to reload a gift card or check your gift card balance?
 Have the gift card number on the back of the card handy.

Having trouble accessing your balance?
Here are some helpful tips:
  • Gift Card numbers begin with “63985000”.
  • All Gift Card numbers are 15 digits long.
    • Does your Gift Card number display 15 digits?
      • If so, enter all 15 digits and click “Submit”.
      • Your balance will appear.
    • Does your Gift Card number display 11 digits?
      • If so, scratch off the foil located to the right of the card number.
      • Four digits followed by a four-digit PIN will appear,
        e.g. “0000 PIN: 0000”.
      • The first four digits will complete your 15-digit card number,
        e.g. “0000 PIN: 0000”.
      • Enter all 15 digits and click “Submit”.
      • You will then be prompted to submit a four-digit PIN,
        e.g. “0000 PIN: 0000”.
      • Enter the four-digit pin and click “Submit”.
      • Your balance will appear.
