Air Fryer Salmon

Olive oil cooking spray

4 salmon fillets, skin removed, about 5 ounce each

1/2 lemon

Kosher salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

6 fresh basil leaves, minced, plus more for garnish

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.

Rinse and pat dry salmon. Add a squeeze of lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, basil and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.

Coat the top of salmon with the mayonnaise mixture, and sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

In batches, air fry 7 minutes, or longer depending on thickness of the salmon.

Serve fish immediately with fresh basil as garnish.
