Eat Right with Rouses
Air Fryer Salmon
1 large fresh salmon fillet with skin (approx. 0.5 lb)
1 teaspoon Rouses Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon Rouses Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Justin Wilson Cajun Seasoning
On a large plate, set the salmon fillet skin side down. Rub the top of the fillet with olive oil. Add garlic powder and Cajun seasoning and gently rub over the top of the fillet until evenly coated. Carefully add fillet to the air fryer basket with skin side down. Set the air fryer temperature to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 12 minutes. Let stand for 1-2 minutes, remove from basket and serve with Greek Yogurt Dill Dip.
*Cook to an internal temperature of 145 for minimum 15 seconds.
*If your air fryer requires preheating, allow the air fryer to preheat to 360F prior to adding the fillet.
