Alabama White Sauce

2 cups mayonnaise

1 cup distilled white vinegar

½ cup apple juice

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

2 teaspoons ground black pepper

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon hot sauce



In a medium bowl, whisk the mayonnaise with the vinegar, apple juice, lemon juice, horseradish, black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and hot sauce (or use a blender, to make it quick and easy). Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Serve with grilled or smoked chicken.
