Authentic Stuffed Ravioli Pasta


1 package Rouses Fresh Big Ravioli (Mediterranean Eggplant or Butternut Squash), or any one of the many fresh stuffed pastas Rouses has to offer

7.1-ounce jar Seggiano Tomato Basil Pesto Rosso

1-ounce wedge Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese


Bring 2 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan, then reduce it to a gentle boil.

Add pasta to water, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes.

Once pasta is cooked, gently remove it with a slotted spoon into a medium mixing bowl.

Spoon the entire jar of Seggiano Tomato Basil Pesto over the cooked pasta, and gently mix until all the ravioli are coated evenly.

Portion ravioli into bowls, and grate Parmigiano-Reggiano over the top of each. Serve immediately.
