1 bunch fresh asparagus
2 tablespoons of Rouses balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Rouses olive oil
3/4 package of Rouses Turkey Bacon
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400F. Wash asparagus, trim the tough thicker stalk ends as needed. In a gallon size resealable bag, mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add the asparagus to the bag and coat the asparagus with the mixture.
Carefully wrap 3 asparagus per slice of bacon, winding the bacon around the asparagus and setting in sheet pan. Line up each wrapped asparagus bundle next to each other in one layer on the sheet pan. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes on bottom rack. Makes about 10 bundles. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
