Char Grilled Turkey Burgers Margherita



⅓ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained, finely chopped


1 package (16 ounces) BUTTERBALL® Fresh Ground Turkey

4 brioche rolls, horizontally split in half, toasted

1 cup shredded lettuce

8 red onion rings

4 tomato slices

4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese

8 large fresh basil leaves


1. For SUN-DRIED TOMATO MAYONNAISE: Combine mayonnaise and tomatoes in small bowl until well blended. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

2. For BURGERS: Preheat grill according to package directions.

3. Form turkey into 4 patties. Cook according to grilling package directions to an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from grill and keep warm.

4. For each burger, spread 1 tablespoon SUN-DRIED TOMATO MAYONNAISE on bottom half of roll. Top with ¼ cup lettuce, 2 onion rings, 1 cooked burger, 1 slice tomato, 1 slice cheese and 2 basil leaves. Spread 1 tablespoon SUN-DRIED TOMATO MAYONNAISE on top half of roll. Cover burger with top of roll. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
