Blue Plate Lemon Aioli

Chicken Salad Sliders


2 cups Blue Plate Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional, and can be adjusted to taste)

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh green onions, chopped

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 Rouses Rotisserie Chicken with meat removed from bones and finely cut

1 pack of your favorite slider buns


In a small bowl place mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, garlic, parsley, green onions and Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine.

Now add chicken to the mixture and stir well to incorporate. Serve on slider buns.
