Eat Right with Rouses
Mandarin Blackberry “Basketball” Fruit Pizza
1 ready-to-eat crust approx. 6-8 inch (I used Stonfire naan)
2 tablespoons Rouses Cookie Butter Spread
1 (15 oz) can Rouses lite mandarins, drained
1 cup of blackberries, rinsed and patted dry
Remove the crust from the packaging.
Spread the cookie butter evenly over crust.
Place the blackberries as the ‘lines of the basketball.’ The method is that you make a line of blackberries in a cross formation. Then, on the left side, make a backwards ‘C’ and on the right side make a forward ‘C.’
Fill in the spaces with mandarins until it looks like a basketball.
(Can substitute peanut butter instead of cookie butter if desired)
