½ cup fresh blackberries, plus more for garnish
2 ounces dry Gin
1 ounce Chambord black raspberry liqueur
1 ounce simple syrup
1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
Muddle blackberries in a cocktail shaker with gin, Chambord, lemon juice and simple syrup, until blackberries are broken up and they release their juice.
Remove seeds by straining trough a fine mesh strainer
Fill 3-4 rocks glasses with ice. Divide blackberry -gin mix among the glasses, and top with ginger bee. Garnish with blackberies.
