Vodka Basil Cucumber Smash
Ingredients
3 slices cucumber, plus more for garnish
3 basil leaves, plus more for garnish
1 ½ teaspoons superfine sugar
1 ½ fluid ounces vodka
1 cup crushed ice
Directions
In a Collins glass, muddle cucumber, basil, and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add vodka and crushed ice. Stir until well chilled. Garnish with cucumber slice and basil leaf.
