Hatch Green Chiles
Down the Hatch
Ingredients
1 cup vodka
1 quart tomato juice
½ cup roasted Hatch green chile
¼ teaspoon cumin
⅛ teaspoon Rouses Salt
⅛ tablespoon Rouses Black Pepper
Celery stalks for garnish
Directions
In a blender, pulse all ingredients except celery stalks until mixed. Fill six tall glasses with ice. Add Bloody Mary-Hatch chile blend to each glass and garnish each with a celery stalk.
