This shake is inspired by the flavors of eggnog, however, it requires no cooking, just blending! This recipe also contains probiotics and has less sugar, less saturated fat, and more protein than traditional eggnog.

Eggnog Shake
Ingredients
1 cup of low-fat ice cream such as Fair Life Ice Cream
2 cups of Kefir vanilla
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
4 teaspoon sugar, sugar alternative, or honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour in a glass. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and/or whipped cream. Enjoy cold! Nutrition facts based on using Swerve granular for sweetener.
