HAWAIIAN BARBECUE SLIDERS

Topping suggestions: shredded cabbage, sandwich cheese slices or spread, sriracha mayonnaise

Ingredients

1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon Ground Coriander
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 Boneless pork butt or shoulder
1 bottle King’s Hawaiian Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce (or other bottled BBQ sauce)
1 package KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls

Directions

1. To create pork rub, combine brown sugar, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cumin and cinnamon; massage mixture into pork butt.
2. Pour KING’S HAWAIIAN Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce into the slow cooker.
3. Set seasoned pork in slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
4. To assemble sandwiches, spoon pulled pork onto King’s Hawaiian® Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls. Top with preferred slider toppings, such as shredded cabbage and sandwich cheese. For an extra kick, add a squirt of Sriracha® mayo
