Eat Right with Rouses

Roasted Tomatoes with Rosemary and Garlic


1 container of Rouses fresh cherry or grape tomatoes, washed

4 cloves of fresh garlic, peeled and sliced

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

1 ½ tablespoons of Rouses Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 425F.  In a bowl combine tomatoes, garlic, and rosemary.  Add olive oil and mix until all ingredients are coated.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Bake for 15 minutes or until tomatoes are starting to wrinkle.  Serve as a side dish, on top of a meat entrée, or on a salad.
