Chicken Mango Folio Cheese Bowl

The Folio Cheese wraps are less than 1 carb and are made of 100% cheese. These wraps can be shaped into a bowl for a salad or can be shaped into a taco shell. This recipe is just one example of how these wraps can be used. Feel free to change up the toppings.


Folio cheese wraps


Diced mango


Place folio cheese wrap on parchment (that comes in package) with folio cheese side up. Place in microwave for 1 minute to 1.5 minutes. Look for bubbling of the entire cheese layer.

Carefully remove from the microwave (it’s hot). Keeping the parchment on the cheese, place with folio side down on top of a small glass bowl such as a ramekin. Using a paper towel or kitchen towel, shape the cheese wrap over the bowl in the shape of a bowl. Keep the cheese on the ramekin for about 5 minutes or until cheese has cooled enough for the shape to hold.

Gently remove the parchment paper and discard. Carefully remove the ‘folio bowl’ from the ramekin.

Place in a place and add toppings such as salad greens, rotisserie or grilled chicken, and diced mango.
