Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients

2 lbs. Rouses Easy Melt Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

10 oz can Rouses Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles, Original

1lb. Rouses fresh breakfast pork sausage, cooked, drained

 

 

Directions

In a medium skillet, over medium heat, cook the pork sausage until no longer pink. Break up the sausage into small pieces and drain any liquid or fat.

Cut Melting Cheese into 1/2- inch cubes.

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the cheese cubes, cooked sausage and can of tomatoes and chiles.

Microwave on high for three minutes.

Carefully remove bowl and stir ingredients together.

Microwave for 30 second intervals until the cheese has completely melted and is smooth.

Serve hot with chips or veggie sticks.
