Garlic Butter Sauce

This is great with lobster.


1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Teaspoon salt, to taste


Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Whisk in lemon juice and salt.
