Halloween Roll Ups
Ingredients
3 whole wheat tortillas
3 tablespoons nut or seed butter
3 tablespoons Rouses strawberry preserves
3 bananas, peeled
½ cup blueberries
Directions
On a flat surface, lay out tortillas. With a butter knife, spread nut or seed butter on each tortilla evenly, about 1 tablespoon per tortilla. Place 1 banana per tortilla on one side of it and roll tightly. Cut each rolled tortilla into 1 ½ inch circles and lay them flat on banana side facing upward. Place a blueberry in the center of each banana.
