Ingredients

For the Sandwiches

1 dozen King’s Hawaiian Slider Buns, unseparated

¾ pound Chisesi Ham, shaved

½ pound bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces and cooked

¾ pound Pepper Jack cheese, thinly sliced

For the Butter Sauce

1 stick unsalted butter

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

2 teaspoons dehydrated minced garlic

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon brown sugar

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line a 9″×13″ pan with aluminum foil, then spray it with cooking spray; set aside.

Using a large serrated knife, slice the connected rolls in half lengthwise so you have a top half and a bottom half. Place the bottom half of the connected slider buns in the prepared pan.

Place ½ of the ham on the bottom layer of buns, and top with bacon, Pepper Jack cheese and the other half of the ham on top of the cheese. Place the top layer of connected rolls on top; set aside.

Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt on high for about 1 minute. Add the mustard, poppy seeds, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper to the melted butter, and whisk to combine.

Slowly pour the butter mixture over the top of the rolls. It is OK if some of the mixture falls to the bottom of the pan.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the butter mixture to soak into the bread.

Place pan in the preheated oven and bake covered for about 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 3-4minutes to lightly brown the tops.

Remove from the oven, and let stand for a few minutes before pulling sliders apart to enjoy.
