Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

2/3 cup pumpkin puree

1 ripe banana

½ cup vanilla yogurt

2 tablespoons Rouses maple syrup

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ cup milk

Directions

Blend ingredients together until smooth.  Pour into a bowl.  Add toppings as desired on top, such as diced apples, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, or blueberries.
