Eat Right with Rouses
Tampico Paired Up Tropical Chia Pudding
Ingredients
½ cup Rouses coconut milk
½ cup Paired UP Carrot On Juice
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 kiwis
½ banana
Directions
In a small bowl mix coconut milk and Paired Up juice. Using 4 separate containers or mason jars, add 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds to each. Pour ¼ cup coconut milk and juice mixture over chia seeds in each container and mix well with a spoon. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night for the chia seeds to thicken and gel. Add chopped kiwi and banana slices over each serving.
