Watermelon Blackberry Minty Twist
4 cups watermelon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 ½ cups blackberries (fresh or frozen thawed)
1 lime, cut into fourth wedges
6-8 mint leaves, torn into small pieces (for pops of color and flavor)
½ cup feta cheese (optional)
- Combine cut watermelon and blackberries in a large bowl.
- Squeeze the juice of 2 lime wedges and mint leaves into the mixture and toss.
- Garnish the mixture with remaining 2 lime wedges. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.
- Serve with a small side bowl of feta cheese for guests to add when they serve.
