1 watermelon (preferably seedless), any size, sliced into wedges (see notes)
1 container (4 ounces) vanilla yogurt
1 kiwifruit, sliced thinly
1 mango or pineapple, sliced into small chunks
¼ cup sliced almonds or coconut (optional)
¼ cup feta cheese (optional)
2 tablespoons Rouses 65% grape must Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Give each member of the family a pre cut slice of watermelon to decorate.
Add the yogurt first, then add your toppings. After decorating your perfect slice of “pie”, enjoy!
Note: The easiest way to cut the watermelon is to slice the ends o, then begin slicing “rounds” of about 1.5 to 2 inches thick. Once you have the rounds, cut them into 4, making 4 triangular wedges of “pie”.
