The Pizza Issue
Low Carb Pizza Sauce
28-ounce can San Marzano peeled tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a blender, combine all ingredients and pulse until mixture forms a sauce.
Serve on your favorite low-carb pizza crust, or enjoy with other dishes that call for pizza sauce.
