Peanut Butter Banana Pops
2 cups low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup Rouses creamy peanut butter
2 very ripe bananas, cut into 2 inch pieces
3 tablespoons honey
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons Lily’s chocolate chips or unsalted chopped walnuts (optional)
Place cut bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and pinch of salt in a blender or food processor.
Blend until thick with a smooth consistency.
Stir in chocolate chips or walnuts. Pour into silicone Popsicle trays. Freeze until hard (about 3-4 hours).
Advice from April: If you don’t have a popsicle tray, use a paper cup or styrofoam cup. Pour the mixture into the cup and cover with foil. Using a knife, make a small slit on the top, and insert popsicle stick. Freeze. When you’re ready to eat it, gently peel the cup off of the pop.
