Eat Right with Rouses
Spicy Garlic Green Beans
Ingredients
2 teaspoons Rouses honey
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ cup coconut aminos
12 ounces fresh green beans, ends cut
¼ cup Thrive Culinary Algae Oil
3 cloves fresh garlic, sliced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
In a small bowl, combine honey, ginger, and coconut aminos. Mix well and set aside. In a large sauce pan, combine green beans, thrive oil, sliced garlic, crushed red pepper, and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat for approximately 15 minutes stirring often until beans are tender and have some light browning. Remove heat and add sauce. Turn heat back on low for 1 minute and stir well. Remove from heat and serve.
