Mardi Gras Cheesecake Parfait

In a medium size mixing bowl, using a mixer, mix whipped cream cheese, whipped topping, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a parfait cup or dessert cup, layer the following, ½ kiwi, 2 tablespoons topping mix, 2 tablespoons of pineapple, 2 tablespoons topping mix, ½ kiwi, 2 tablespoons topping mix, then purple sprinkles.

Ingredients

1 container (8 ounces) Whipped Cream Cheese

½ container (4 ounces) Lite Whipped Topping (I used Truwhip)

2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

¼ teaspoon Rouses ground cinnamon

½ cup Rouses Crushed Pineapple in 100% Juice

2 Kiwi, peeled and sliced divided evenly into 4 stacks

Rouses Purple Sprinkles
